What Drives Us
We believe EMPATHY is our most powerful tool against HATE.
Mission
Our mission is to train people of all ages, generations, and backgrounds to share testimony-based stories and lessons of the Holocaust that challenge ignorance and hate by building personal connections across generations, faiths, and identities.
Vision
Our vision is for everyone, of all ages and all backgrounds, and in all communities, to see the story of the Holocaust as a universal story with empowering lessons to be learned.
Goal
Our goal is to give as many people as possible the chance to directly engage with the stories of the Holocaust, both as story-listeners and as storytellers.
Values
All of our programs are
- PERSONAL: Fostering meaningful connections through the stories of individuals.
- INNOVATIVE: Creating new ways for Jews and non-Jews to engage with Holocaust memory.
- UNIVERSAL: Emphasizing our collective responsibility to remember and learn.
- EMPOWERING: Life-centered, lesson-oriented, age-appropriate, and non-traumatic.
